Standard Operating Procedures:

It's our company policy at Home Court Real Estate LLC that you're required to provide a pre-qualification letter or proof of funds and sign a buyers agreement to see property with our agents.

We want to make sure that you're comfortable with your budget, estimated mortgage payment, down payment, and closing costs before we get started with your property search.

It's also good to find a real estate attorney that you want to use because this information will be needed when you decide to put in an offer on a property along with your pre-approval letter, pre-qualification letter or proof of funds.

Buyers will be required to sign a buyer representation agreement, anti-discrimination disclosure and an agency disclosure. Photo ID is not required to see property.
